Le Quang Liem (born March 13, 1991, in Ho Chi Minh City) is a Vietnamese chess grandmaster, the highest-ranked player from his country in history.

21st in the world classical chess ranking with an Elo rating of 2729.
42nd in the world rapid chess ranking with an Elo rating of 2650.

He received the FIDE Grandmaster title in 2006, at the age of 15. He was crowned World Under-14 Champion in Belfort, France, in 2004. Liem won the Asian Chess Championship in 2019 and was the World Blitz Chess Champion in 2013. He has competed with the Vietnamese team in the Chess Olympiad since 2006. His best result came in 2012, when he scored 8/10 points on board 1, and his team finished in seventh place, Vietnam's highest ever. Le Quang Liem now lives in St. Louis, Missouri, and is the head coach of the Webster University chess team. Le Quang Liem is ranked 21st in the world with an Elo rating of 2739.

In the 2024 edition, Lê Quang Liêm emerged victorious at the Magistral Leonés, adding his name to the prestigious list of winners.

His style in the final was characterized by solidity, positional control, and minimal effort.
